From West Texas work ethic to builder-first protection.
Tanner Hamm founded AquaGuard after seeing a clear gap in the pool industry: builders were being asked to keep servicing, coordinating, and absorbing post-build issues long after the project was complete.
Growing up farming in West Texas shaped Tanner’s drive, discipline, and respect for people who build things with their hands. That background created a simple mindset: work hard, solve real problems, and do what you say you are going to do.
Professionally, Tanner’s background spans sales leadership, capital solutions, strategic partnerships, and complex program development. That experience helped him recognize how the right protection platform could create value for pool builders, homeowners, service networks, and industry partners.
